The Butterfly Effect by Andy Andrews
A friend on Facebook posted this video, and I just had to share it with anyone who drops by this way. There is just so much out there in cyberspace; thank God for people sharing what they have found – encouragement for all of us. When I first saw the title of the video, The Butterfly Effect, I immediately thought of how a butterfly is first a caterpillar crawling along on its belly on the face of the earth; then it becomes entombed in a cocoon for a period of time (sorry, my knowledge of how long doesn’t exist); and, ultimately after…how long? but what I am certain seemed like an eternity in darkness and stillness, the cocoon peels away and the butterly emerges immediaely taking flight; naturally as though all it’s life it knew that it was a butterfly, it was to fly – not crawl on its belly.
That, to me, were my thoughts. And, there is indeed much food for thought in those thoughts.
If you are seeking; wondering about your life’s purpose, watch this video….and see what lay beneath your “cocoon” of not knowing, of darkness and wondering….the why of who you are; the purpose for which you are created…just to know that there is a purpose, is in itself a gift.
