Job or Joy – Are They Ever One & The Same?
I absolutely loved the acronym for the word “job” when I read it….and smiled as I read it as it was one of those “ah ha!” moments. Tell me, can you relate?
J.O.B = Just Over Broke
Now I have a puzzle, a request. Who can come up with an acronym for the word:
J.O.Y =
I puzzled over this for a while, and couldn’t do it justice. So I am asking you to share your wisdom….and I shall publish the response on my blog site…of course giving you credit. I am sending this request by e-mail to friends and associates and also posting it to my blog sites.
Who knows, ultimately Job and Joy can equal the same thing? I hesitate to say a definite yes….unless that job is indeed an expression of the passion that burns deep within….all of us. Therefore, this could be a debate, could it not; perhaps an expression and letting lose of what ails human kind?
It is my own personal believe that until that moment when what you do is an expression, a letting lose of what burns within you; what drives you to distraction…what you work at will for always remain just that, a job. When you are working at a “job” that is a “joy” because you are doing and working out your passion – you are indeed more than “just over broke.” You are rich beyond measure and will “enrich” the lives of those with whom you share the “job” environment. Remember that to be rich may include the monetary and will for you will excel beyond your wildest dreams and things will flow naturally. But, to be rich also means spiritually; rich in wonderful positive and live giving things that bless the world around you. You keep giving and giving because you are filled to overflowing with that indescribable treasure that wells up within and pours out of you as naturally as the air that you breath in and out!
Let’s have some fun exploring this together, shall we!
