Blood Red Seas – Man “Kind” Destroys Through Greed

The sea and the life that are forever damaged and continue with this latest disaster caused by man “not so” kind; certainly not so kind to our environment.  Destroying our environment, what will there be for our children and generations to come?  In the beginning, when YHWH was creating all of this for us, for human “kind”, He said:

Genesis 1:22 God blessed them and said, “Be fruitful and increase in number and fill the water in the seas, and let the birds increase on the earth.”

Well the water in the seas are now being destroyed as are the birds on the earth.

YHWH then said to Adam and Eve,

Genesis 1:26 Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.”

and for generations we have had the benefit and the blessings of the fish of the sea and birds of the air.  Now, we are killing them all.

He then said,

Genesis 1:28 God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground.”

“Fill the earth and subdue it,” were His instructions.  Did He have to add, “Don’t destroy it?”

Further along in Genesis YHWH tells man kind that they (creation, creatures, all living things) would be in fear of man kind.  That statement surely wasn’t intended to mean fear of total annihilation and destruction, but a healthy fear, a wariness such that we had authority over them.

Genesis 9:2 The fear and dread of you will fall upon all the beasts of the earth and all the birds of the air, upon every creature that moves along the ground, and upon all the fish of the sea; they are given into your hands.

Further along in Scripture as we read of Moses and the Hebrew children’s captivity in Egypt by Pharaoh, and YHWH’s instructions to Moses in preparation for their being set free from captivity, one of the things that YHWH instructs Moses to do is,

Exodus 7:19 The LORD said to Moses, “Tell Aaron, ‘Take your staff and stretch out your hand over the waters of Egypt—over the streams and canals, over the ponds and all the reservoirs’-and they will turn to blood. Blood will be everywhere in Egypt, even in the wooden buckets and stone jars.”

Ask yourself as you contemplate the photographs in this blog, “Is North America modern day Egypt, where the people, those who have loved YHWH and desire Him and His ways, are captive and enslaved…by government rule that professes, like a wolf in sheep’s clothing to be a believer a lover of YHWH?”

Not a human being can deny that we here in North America have been mightily blessed by YHWH.  But what have we done with that blessing?  Have we continued to acknowledge and give thanks to Him for this unmerited gift?  There is no Greek, nor Jew, male nor female to the Lord Jehovah, so why did He bless us here in North America for so long?  North America has been settled by peoples from other parts of this world who wanted a better life; wanted the freedom to work and earn and honest living, to be able to worship Him in freedom…and hopefully truth as the Word commands.  In the beginning we did just that…but somewhere along the way we got arrogant and cocky and we forgot the who and the why of our blessing, the Hand that blessed us.

Now the handwriting on the wall is very different.  As in the days of Sodom and Gomorrah I believe the stink of our rebellion has reached the nostrils of YHWH and He is at the point of “enough is enough.”

Why North America and not South America or Africa?  Looking at those other two continents, and for anyone who has visited or knows people from those continents, you cannot deny that there is a faith and a hunger for the things of YHWH that by far outweighs the peoples of North America.
