Wisdom Consults Youth
With the passing days of our lives, our bodies become frail. Youth has such exhorbitant energy. If we could but somehow garner a blend of the two at some mid-point as opposed to beginning or end point of our journey as humans. Waiting in a line of traffic for the light to change to green, I gazed upon this consultation, wondering if the elderly woman were lost; or perhaps it was the other way around, the young girl saw a kindness, a gentleness in the elderly woman; a sense of perhaps she would be able to answer her question, give her direction.
Now in looking at the photograph what stands out the most is the strong line of the jaw of the elderly woman; not so frail are my thoughts.
