Crown Chakra Meditation for Kundalini Awakening

Just had to share this gem I came across on YouTube on the Kundalini Awakening  chakra meditation.  What I am personally finding amazing, such as the technique being taught here and my recent Shaman studies….is that of my own, naturally…I have been doing many of these things. 

Amazingly regarding the Shaman studies…I have yet to read anything that I can describe as being “new information” or “new techniques:” that is, I have naturally been doing and involved in a lot of these things for a very long time…just had no idea they are Shamanism practises.
