Healing Juice Recipes

In efforts to get my body back to feeling better, I uncovered the following juice recipes which I’ve been living on for the past three days.  They are to help with nausea, bloating and gas, aches & pains and congestion.  Hope you can benefit.

Respiratory:  carrots, radishes and lemon. You can also use turnip in place of the radishes. This I absolutely loved; a bit strong but it sure did the work.  I noticed my sinuses clearing and chest congestion disappearing within 24 hours.

Liver Detox:  granny smith apples, dandelion greens, carrots and lemon.  This juice tastes great, and for good measure I added some kale and parsley.  I chose this recipe because bloating and other symptoms are symptomatic of gall bladder issues, which are a result of your liver not doing its job.  The gas, bloating and feeling of nausea (according to my Homeopathic Manual) pointed to signs of gall bladder.

Colin Cleanse: granny smith apples, spinach, parsley and lemon.  Another great tasting juice, much like the liver detox.
