OFFICIAL COURT ORDER, OBAMA JURY TRIAL SET FOR JANUARY 26, 2010 AND THIS WAS MADE FINAL. THIS TRIAL WILL SURFACE WHETHER HE IS A CITIZEN, OR A NATRUAL BORN CITIZEN, OR EVEN AN ILLEGAL ALIEN. OBAMA IS BEING PROSECUTED AND IT IS GOING FORWARD. THIS IS THE FURTHEST ANY CASE HAS GOTTEN ON THIS SUBJECT, OUT OF 30 OTHER CASES THAT WERE DISMISSED.

Greetings dear friends, and welcome to the Watchman Report.
Obama is going to trial. That is, in the most powerful District Court in the United States of America. It has been confirmed. Obama is going to trial for being an illegal alien, and this is confirmed in Federal Court. Jury trial has already been set and it is confirmed on Oct. 5. The judge orders that the dates be made final. This is the official record of the court I am reading from. It was decided in chambers, number one, that the Motion to Dismiss, that they be under submission, means that they can’t rule on it anymore. There can be no more hearings on it, and no further debate on the motion to dismiss. The next thing he did was give the Summary Judgemnet Hearing Dec. 7, November 16, is going to be the motion for Summary Judgement hearing. Oppositinn for the Summary Judgement will be December 26.
All these hearings you can go out there and protest, show your support for United States Government Rule of Law, and to not have this anarchist in the White House, who promotes and says that the greatest tradegy of America is the United States Constitution. He thinks the worst thing that happened to America was our Constitution, while every single serviceman has sworn an oath to defend that Constitution against all enemies of it, both foreign and domestic.
Well, we know he is one of the foreign enemies, because he has not only declared himself and enemy of the Constitution, but he said very clearly that he was a Kenyon citizen in his book, and all the documents have been produced to show that he was a Kenyan citizen. This is the official records that show so forth. Also official records are public that he became and Indonesian citizen. In order to become a citizen of either one of these nations he would have had to renouce his United States citizenship, but nothing has been covered on this. So, finally a case is going to trial on the status of his illegal alien occupation of America that is probably a New World Order type of a impositoin of this tyrant to pass this multi-million almost trillion dollars without Congress being able to look at it. That is the bank bailouts, etc. where no one knows where that went and even Congress couldn’t have one afternoon to read it– over a thousand pages long. It was passed, and now he is trying to pass other things that could be even more tyranical than that.
So, here we have, finally, Law and Order. He is being followed, and not one peep from the media. This could be the biggest case in the history of America and not one peep from the media has talked about Obama going to trial, finally, on this illegal alien status inside America.
Here we have it. It is unbelievable. The FBI should have arrested him a long time ago. It’s their job to go forth and arrest people who are unlawfully inside the country. It’s their job. Also, the Provost Marshall should intercede people on these Constitutional matters. These people are not following what they are given to do–to protect and defend our Constitution. They let this guy in there, but Praise God it is coming out in trial one way or the other.
Everyone has been patient, I guess if you really to promote to protecting and defending the Constitution. It will come out in trial. We don’t see any media coverage on this. I hope the media coverage shows this most historic and important case.
Let’s pray and hope that Truth comes out, but most of all let’s get the media involved because we’re the media, really. So, spread this video. Put it on different blogs, different forums. Put a comment on it on Watchmanquarters.com. Let’s get the word out that this is going to trial. The judge has continually stated that this is a very serious case because it involves the military being given illegal orders because he is not lawfully Commander in Chief
