I Am Woman-I Am Strong

Published by Shammah under Religion & Spirituality

No idea where this blog is going.  Nothing particularly inspirational comes to mind as I am writing this blog.  Perhaps it is because I am receiving e-mail after e-mail of one earthquake after another striking Chile; warnings of tsunamis all along the Pacific coast right up to Alaska; wondering, “What in the he@@” is going on.”  Perhaps I am saying to the Creator…”What, what do you want of me?”  No I am not saying I can stop an earthquake – I am saying that for so very very long the male species has ruled planet earth; I mean really ruled it.  I am not making this statement as a feminist or a sexist or whatever you want to label it.  I am making it from that side of the human psyche that seems to have gone untapped and certainly unused for thousands of years.  I am making it from the point of, “Surely there must be something in human kind…that can be just that – KIND!  Kind to the earth and everything that creeps, crawls, swims and flies in, on, under and over…and even through it.”

When we human kind were created we were apparently created in the image of our creator.  Let’s not go religious or theological about this; how about just logical and simple; keep it simple for I don’t have the intelligence that wins nobel peace prizes or science awards.  I have a brain, a logic that says, being created in the image of our Creator…well the creator can’t create what the Creator is not.  Therefore, I simply and logically conclude, we are neither male nor female – certainly in the understanding of modern or even historically ancient societies.  Therefore, given the flesh that walks about is neither but both (if one must apply the definitive male or female), then there is a part of us that has not risen to power or demonstrated or applied or been allowed to be expressed.

I believe that part is the intuitive side; the one that goes against all physical appearance and reasoning of man kind.  We need to know the whys and the wherefores before we act.  We need to analyze and work out the game plan.  We continually apply boundaries that say, “No way!  That’s not the way it’s always been done.  People will think I’m crazy.  Who is going to listen?  How can I prove it?”  We are bound up, hands tied with that kind of thought process because we damn our intuition before it even has time to arise and blossom fully.  Intuition and wisdom…these are us; you know the ones that look like what we label “female”.  Even the Torah/Bible refers to wisdom in the feminine.

The very earth we stand upon is “mother earth.”  We are told man was formed from the dust of the earth; when we die we will (the physical body) return to the dust from which we were formed.  Our earth did indeed give birth to us and we shall return to the “womb of mother earth.”

My mother earth is crying out in great pain; earth quake after earth quake spits out her cries – screaming at us to listen to her pain.  Will she erupt, will she spit us all out; consume us with the fire of her wrath?

I am a woman and I am strong – but that strength cannot be seen, heard, touched or felt.  It is a strength of knowing, a strength of wisdom, a strength of intuition.  But it is a strength that I have not “given permission” to be birthed and bare the fruit it so longs to bare; to share with the rest of this painful world.  My heart aches at the pain and sorrow all around me.  Why, in a city of five million people; a city filled to the coffers with all kinds of wealth; why are people dying homeless in the streets?  Why are so many of us addicted to things that are killing us:  drugs, alcohol, prescription meds…and WORK; yes we are addicted to work in this metropolis because we are addicted to the things that we feel we must have to feel a sense of identity, of purpose – a badge to wear that shouts to the world, “Look at my grand house, fine car.  Ain’t I a wonder. See how successful I am.”  And, in the meanwhile this successful executive goes home and drinks himself to sleep, or smokes or takes drugs (street or Rx)…or perhaps locks him/herself in the den to view pornography on the internet…to get release, to escape from the pressures of the world!

What pressures?  Whose pressures are they?  They are MY PRESSURES.  I created them, I embraced them and I have told me – not you or anyone out there – that I need to do this or have that…otherwise my life will have nothing to show for it.

I am a woman and I am strong – and I say physically as well.  If men had to go through childbirth…well there sure wouldn’t be any more after the pain of the first.  Men are wimps when it comes to pain or illness.  Come on guys; admit it.  We women get colds and flus and “keep on tickin”; ’cause we have to take care of the children and you guys…who fly to your beds with the first sign of a running nose!

I am strong:  I am expressive and have a way of saying things that has more often than I’ll ever know, been an encouragement and uplifting to another.  These good things, good thoughts…these are my intuitive, inner self that knows without being told, without reasoning or thought, just the right thing to say at the right time.  It’s much like my writing – like this blog – I sit down to write and what comes out is unthought, un-analyzed, un-reasoned; it simply is an intuitive expression that flows.  Any poet or writer will tell you that if they have to “think” about what to write – they are doomed before they begin.

I am woman and I am strong – and we women, collectively and individually…well we are nurturing and caring and loving and expressive and our world, our atmosphere…the very air we breathe, needs us to allow ourselves to be released, to be expressed and to disperse and dispel the darkness of lies that currently rule as the forces on this earth.

UN Plan for “Green World Order” by 2012

I had to share this news article in its entirety.  It’s things like this that we won’t see in mainstream newspapers or hear on the television.  The heading might be deceptive, and one might think, like I did, “What’s bad about that; we are all aware of the environmental disaster we are facing.  So what’s so bad about making this a ‘world’ thing?”  Well, it’s because it’s not about helping the environment…at all!  It’s again about power and control…for the few; a centralization and control by few of many!  The Bible in the revelation speaks of a “One World Order”.  This is just another part of that puzzle.  You don’t have to be educated or elite or brilliant to know that when few control the masses…then there’s nothing but trouble ahead!

Leaked policy documents reveal that the United Nations plans to create a “green world order” by 2012 which will be enforced by a structure of global governance and funded by a gargantuan $45 trillion transfer of wealth from richer countries, as the globalists’ insidious plan to centralize power, crush sovereignty while devastating the economy is exposed once again.

As we warned at the time, the failure of Copenhagen in December did not spell the end of the global warming heist, but merely a roadblock in the UN’s agenda to create a world government funded by taxes paid by you on the very substance you exhale – carbon dioxide.

Using the justification of the vehemently debunked hoax that carbon dioxide is a deadly threat to the planet, the UN is already working to resurrect the failed Copenhagen agreement, with a series of new Copenhagen process negotiations set to take place in April, May and June.

Leaked planning documents (PDF) obtained by Fox News lift the lid on the UN’s plan to impose global governance by the time of their 2012 World Summit on Sustainable Development in Rio, which will mark the 20th anniversary since the notorious “Earth Summit” held in the same city.

“The new Rio summit will end, according to U.N. documents obtained by Fox News, with a “focused political document” presumably laying out the framework and international commitments to a new Green World Order,” reports Fox News’ George Russell.

“Just exactly what that environmental order will look like, and the extent of the immense financial commitments needed to produce it, are under discussion this week at a special session in Bali, Indonesia, of the United Nations Environment Program’s 58-nation “Governing Council/Global Ministerial Environmental Forum,” which oversees UNEP’s operations.”

The document outlines the globalist’s mission to enact a “radical transformation of the world economic and social order” by putting “a new treaty in place as the capstone of the Green World Order”.

This system will be managed by “an additional governing structure composed of exactly those insiders,” writes Russell.

“Moving towards a green economy would also provide an opportunity to re-examine national and global governance structures and consider whether such structures allow the international community to respond to current and future environmental and development challenges and to capitalize on emerging opportunities,” states the white paper (emphasis mine).

The imposition of such “global governance structures” will be achieved with the help of “vast wealth transfers” from richer countries (in the form of carbon taxes levied on citizens) to poorer nations, amounting to no less than $45 trillion dollars. The paper also outlines the need to change the “consumption patterns” of people living in richer countries, which undoubtedly is a euphemism for lowering living standards.

The policy proposes that the old economic model be discarded in pursuit of a new global green economy focused around “green jobs”.

As we have previously highlighted, the promise that the creation of “green jobs” will offset the inevitable damage to the economy that a 50 per cent reduction in carbon dioxide emissions will cause is a complete fallacy.

The implementation of so-called “green jobs” in other countries has devastated economies and cost millions of jobs. As the Seattle Times reported back in June, Spain’s staggering unemployment rate of over 18 per cent was partly down to massive job losses as a result of attempts to replace existing industry with wind farms and other forms of alternative energy.

In a so-called “green economy,” “Each new job entails the loss of 2.2 other jobs that are either lost or not created in other industries because of the political allocation — sub-optimum in terms of economic efficiency — of capital,” states the report.

As we have documented, a reduction in carbon dioxide emissions of 50-80 per cent would inflict a new great depression in the United States, reducing GDP by 6.9 percent – a figure comparable with the economic meltdown of 1929 and 1930.

The UN’s mission to create a legally binding treaty on the reduction of CO2 emissions is running parallel with measures already being enforced at state level in the U.S. which bypass stuttering federal efforts to impose the cap and trade fraud.

The very foundation of the global warming argument has been completely eviscerated by the Climategate scandal, which proved that United Nations IPCC scientists forged and exaggerated data to “hide the decline” in global temperatures while engaging in witch hunts to cull dissenting opinions from appearing in IPPC reports.

Despite this, control freaks intent on taxing the life-giving gas carbon dioxide have signaled that they no longer care about the truth behind man-made climate change and have resolved to slam through their totalitarian agenda anyway. EPA head Lisa Jackson told reporters this week that “The science regarding climate change is settled, and human activity is responsible for global warming,” even though she failed to refute the fact that there had been no global warming since 1995, as was admitted by CRU scientist Professor Phil Jones.

A Crown: Restore My Crown…Let Me Seek the Spiritual Only

Published by Shammah under Religion & Spirituality

As the long week-end here in Toronto comes to a close, I reflect on the few days that I’ve spent.  It’s been a week-end of soul searching; not what I had planned at all.  But, I expect no less when I turn my life back over to the Grace of God; for you see, without Him I am not.  Just now I received my daily e-mail from Aish (I’ve mentioned them time and again, and shall continue to do so).  One might think I am “Jewish” but, no I wasn’t born into nor have I converted to that “religion.”  I am nothing more, nothing less, than a child of God, who seeks to know her roots.

This e-mail contained a link that allowed me to download a pdf document entitled Three Crowns.  It is 11 pages in length and I only got to the beginning of the first page when my eyes glanced upon and stopped at the following:

WHAT’S IN A CROWN? (from Aish.com article Three Crowns by Rabbi Belovski)

The word used by the Torah for the decorative crowns on the sacred objects in the Mishkan is zer. This word is closely related to the word nazir, designating a nazirite, someone who dedicates his life to holy purposes by abstaining from wine and certain other things for a designated period. The Torah teaches us that he must avoid contact with corpses for:
…the nezer [crown] of God is upon his head. (Bamidbar 6:7)

The crown of God is upon his head – know that all humans serve earthly desires, but the true king, who has the crown and diadem of malchus on his head, is one who is free from earthly
desires. (Ibn Ezra loc. cit.) So it seems that the zer symbolizes raising oneself above the usual desires of humanity and entering a holier and more spiritual realm. Just as a crown sits on the king’s head, above his whole person, so too, the spiritual crown sets a person above the norms of the physical world.

Beginning with the first sentence of the second paragraph, “The crown of God is upon his head – know that all humans serve earthly desire….” I stop right there, because it does speak to me and it does speak to the journey that I am on at this time.  I am on a journey where I seek to seek that which cannot be seen nor heard by the human senses; I seek to know who I am and in order to do that I must go beyond the physical, the world.  Earthly desires that formulate into lusts are the causes of all evil that reigns upon planet earth.  We desire and when we get it, we desire more.  There is no end to it.  The flesh cannot be satisfied, is never satiated.

I seek to wear the Crown that frees me from earthly desires and longings, that I might enter a, “holier and more spiritual realm” I am not talking about some ghostly, spooky kind of place.  Yahshua said that the kingdom of heaven is here, right now; is within.  Therefore to find and enter into that holier and more spiritual realm I must seek within.  These few words that I’ve copied from an article from Aish speak much to my soul, to my spirit.  For me they are an affirmation that I am indeed on the right path; that all I seek is to be found within.

But I have to stop there and ask myself, “Why do I seek such?” Can it be that I am seeking these things that I might be “more important” and “lifted up” in the eyes of men?  Are my motives selfish and self-serving?  I like to think they are not; that I am seeking because He is calling me to seek.  Yahsua said, “Seek and ye shall find.”  I take Him at his Word; He spoke only the Father’s Word, my Father’s Word.  We are told as well that the Father’s desire is that, “none be lost.”

I live in a lost world.  I live in a world that seeks pleasures that pass like ships in the night; like whisps of wind, they come and they go, and the world goes on seeking more of the same; trying to grasp at contentment and joy in the material things of the world.  We shall never find these things in the created things of the world.  They are empty, shallow and impermanent.  But joy and contentment is us; is our very makeup.  We were made complete, in all ways, and it is within our very nature to return home to our beginnings.

As long as we seek “out there” we shall never be satisfied and this world we live in will always be at war:  at war with it’s very self and each of us with the other.

If I am at-one as it was meant to be (Yahshua, we are told, is our at-one-me[a]nt], then I am whole; we are one just as the Father is One.  “Hear O Israel, the Lord, the Lord thy God is One.” Hold it folks, before you go off on a tangent, it’s not about only the people in the land of Israel…and even if it were, dig back far enough and we’ll all find our human roots in Adam & Eve; ergo, we are all related, we are all brothers and sisters.  So I say to you, reader, “Hear O reader, the Lord, the Lord thy God is One.”

Religion, to me, is the greatest weapon of warfare that the evil one has formed against us, disguised as something good, then placed in our hands for our own self-destruction.  We may start out on the right path, but then man’s (my) ways take over and we try to prove to the rest of the world that “we got it right, you got it wrong.”  So the warfare, the never-ending bickering, hating, fighting and killing….in the name of religion and some even dare to say in the name of god continues.
